GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

 

  •   Presenters have to send their presentation slides before the oral presentation session in .pptx, .ppt, or pdf format, and the file size should not exceeds 5MB. (Presentation slides submission guideline will be informed later)
  • On the parallel session, each presenter have to fill the list of attendees provided by the committee.
  • Each presenter will be given 10 minutes to present their paper, and 5 minutes discussion with the audience.
  • Suppose a presenter somehow cannot attend the presentation, and choose to be represented by his/her co-author, he/she have to immediately inform the committee, not later than August 1, 2019.
